Jennifer has been an integral part of Ritzler, Coughlin & Paglia since its founding in 2001 and has worked alongside the firm’s partners since 1996. Beginning her career as a legal assistant, Jennifer developed a deep understanding of the firm’s operations and client service standards. In 2010, she assumed responsibility for managing all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations, including human resources, accounts payable and receivable, and overall office management to ensure the firm runs efficiently.

With nearly three decades of experience in the legal field, Jennifer combines organizational expertise with a comprehensive knowledge of legal processes, helping the firm maintain its reputation for professionalism and excellence.
